About Us
BOUND is a non-profit organization based in Salt Lake City, Utah created with the intent to eradicate the existence of unwanted homelessness. We work with landlords and property owners to prevent evictions before they occur.
What Makes BOUND Different
Cost Effective Impact
The average back rent in the US is $2550. The average cost of an eviction is $5000. Every dollar we use preventatively goes twice as far.
Removing Embarrassment
Not being able to afford rent, bills, or other basic needs can be embarrassing. With BOUND, tenants don’t need to ask for help because their landlord will notify BOUND on their behalf.
Aligning Incentives
Landlords get paid and don’t have to evict tenants. Tenants get supported when they need it most, with a focus on long-term stability. And no one becomes unsheltered.
Measured Success
BOUND measures success by how long participants in our program stay eviction-free. If a participant makes it past 12 months after working with us, we deem it a success!
Our Team
Zach is an operations expert with experience in family offices, wealth management, tech sales, and portfolio management. The path to eradicating homelessness in America will be the biggest undertaking yet.

Josh is a do-it-all legal reource for BOUND. He has experience in everything from being a public dfender to managing familiy offices, and will be crucial to BOUND’s long-term success.

Patti has a wide array of government and non-profit experience that will help BOUND accomplish it’s misssion of eradicating homelessness. She has a deep passion for helping others and providing opportunities for those less fortunate.
