What We Believe
What makes BOUND different.

Cost Effective Impact
The average back rent in the US is $2550. The average cost of an eviction is $5000. Every dollar we use preventatively goes twice as far.

Removing Embarrassment
Not being able to afford rent, bills, or other basic needs can be embarrassing. With BOUND, tenants don't need to ask for help because their landlord will notify BOUND on their behalf.

Aligning Incentives
Landlords get paid and don't have to evict tenants. Tenants get supported when they need it most, with a focus on long-term stability. And no one becomes unsheltered.

Measured Success
BOUND measures success by how long participants in our program stay eviction-free. If a participant makes it past 12 months after working with us, we deem it a success!
